This Privacy Policy explains the types of information Lovento may process when you browse the platform, create an account, publish a classified advertisement, purchase coins, contact an advertiser, submit a review or report, or communicate with support. It also explains how that information may be used, shared, retained and protected.

1. Scope of this Policy

How this policy applies

This policy applies to information processed through Lovento.cloud and Lovento features that link to this Privacy Policy. Lovento is a user-published classified advertising platform that allows eligible users to create, discover and interact with listings.

This policy covers information processed by Lovento itself. When you leave Lovento, contact an independent advertiser, use a third-party payment service or interact with another external service, that third party may process information under its own terms and privacy practices.

2. Information You Provide

Information collected directly from you

The exact information depends on the Lovento features you choose to use.

Account & profile information

Name or display name and account identifiers.
Email address, mobile number or other account contact information you submit.
Login, verification and account-security information.
Profile settings and information you choose to add to your account.

Listing information

Ad title, description, category, state, city and local area.
Images and other listing content you upload.
Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or other contact information selected for an ad.
Prices, profile details and other information voluntarily included in a listing.

3. Transactions & Coins

Payment and coin-related information

When you purchase Lovento coins or another paid platform feature, Lovento may process transaction-related information such as your account identifier, order or payment reference, amount, transaction status, purchased package, credited coins and relevant timestamps.

Payment processing may be provided by an independent payment provider. Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVVs, banking authentication details or payment OTPs should be entered only through the appropriate secure payment interface and must not be sent to Lovento support by email.

If you contact support about a transaction, we may ask for information needed to identify it, such as the payment/order reference, amount, date and your Lovento account identifier.

4. Reviews, Reports & Support

Information submitted through platform assistance features

Reviews

A review may contain the reviewer name you provide, rating, review text, associated listing and submission time. Published reviews may be visible publicly.

Reports

A listing report may include the ad being reported, selected reason, details, optional contact information, and technical information used for abuse prevention.

Support

When you email support, Lovento may retain your email address, message, attachments and related account, listing or transaction references needed to address the request.

5. Automatically Collected Information

Technical and usage information

When you access Lovento, the platform and its hosting, security or analytics technologies may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, referral information, approximate technical location derived from network information, error logs, security events and interactions with platform features.

This information may be used to deliver pages, maintain sessions, understand platform performance, prevent spam and abuse, investigate technical problems, protect accounts and improve the service.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

Browser storage used by Lovento

Lovento may use cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, security and analytics. For example, the platform may remember an adult-age confirmation or a cookie preference so that you do not have to repeat the same choice on every page.

Where required, non-essential technologies should be used in accordance with the choices presented to you. You can also control browser storage through your browser settings, although disabling essential storage may affect some features.

8. Public Information

Information you choose to publish

Classified advertisements are designed for public discovery. Information deliberately included in a public ad — such as its title, description, images, city, category, price and enabled advertiser contact details — may be visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines where the page is indexable.

Do not place private or sensitive information in an advertisement unless you intentionally want that information displayed publicly. In particular, consider carefully which phone, WhatsApp or Telegram contact details you publish.

9. Sharing of Information

When information may be disclosed

Operational sharing

Hosting, infrastructure, security and technical service providers supporting Lovento.
Payment providers involved in processing a transaction.
Analytics or performance services used by Lovento, subject to applicable settings and requirements.
Professional advisers or contractors where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the platform.

Legal & safety disclosure

Where required by applicable law, regulation, court order or valid legal process.
Where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security threats or serious platform abuse.
To protect the rights, safety or security of users, Lovento or others where permitted by law.
In connection with a legitimate business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Third-Party Services

External services have their own privacy practices

Lovento pages may contain links or integrations involving independent services, including payment processors, analytics technologies, messaging platforms or advertiser contact services such as phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Once you interact directly with an external service or independent advertiser, information may be processed outside Lovento under that party's own terms and privacy policy. Lovento does not control every independent third party's privacy practices.

11. Data Retention

How long information may be kept

Lovento may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the platform, maintaining accounts and listings, recording transactions, handling support requests, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Different records may have different retention periods. Information may also be retained for a reasonable period after an account or listing is removed where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups or legal compliance.

12. Data Security

Protecting platform information

Security is a shared responsibility

Lovento may use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information and platform accounts. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Protect passwordsUse a strong password and do not share it with other people.

Keep OTPs privateNever send verification codes to advertisers or support.

Watch for phishingBe cautious of messages asking for secret account or banking credentials.

Report concernsContact support if you believe your Lovento account has been compromised.

13. Your Privacy Choices & Requests

Access, correction and other requests

Depending on the law applicable to you and the nature of the information, you may have rights or choices relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or other handling of personal information.

You can first update information available through your Lovento account where that functionality exists. For other privacy requests, email support@lovento.cloud with the subject “Privacy Request”. Lovento may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

Some information may need to be retained despite a deletion request where retention is necessary or permitted for transactions, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal obligations or other legitimate purposes recognised by applicable law.

14. Children & Minors

Adult-oriented content is not for minors

Lovento's adult-oriented areas are intended only for persons aged 18 or older. Lovento does not permit advertisements involving minors in an adult context.

If you believe content on Lovento involves or appears to involve a minor, do not engage with the listing. Report it through the available reporting mechanism or contact support@lovento.cloud with the relevant URL and information needed to identify the content.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Policy updates

Lovento may update this Privacy Policy when platform features, technologies, business practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Where additional notice is required by applicable law, Lovento may provide it through an appropriate platform or communication method.
