Lovento Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for accessing and using Lovento, including user accounts, classified advertisements, adult-only access, coins and payments, reviews, reports, moderation and advertiser responsibilities. By accessing or using Lovento, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law.

1. About Lovento

Lovento is a user-published classified advertising platform

Lovento provides technology that allows eligible users to create, publish, browse, discover, review and report classified advertisements. Listings may be organised by state, city, local area and category.

Lovento is not an escort agency, booking agent or provider of the services advertised by users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertisers are independent users and are not employees, agents or representatives of Lovento.

Publication of an advertisement does not by itself mean that Lovento endorses, recommends, guarantees or independently verifies the advertiser or every statement contained in the advertisement.

2. Eligibility & Adult Access

Who may use Lovento?

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Any adult-oriented section, advertisement or category on Lovento is intended only for persons who are 18 years of age or older and who may lawfully access such content in their jurisdiction.

You must not use Lovento to publish, request, promote or facilitate content involving a minor. If content appears to involve a person under 18, it may be removed or restricted and may be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lovento is permitted where you are located.

3. User Accounts

Your account and security responsibilities

Your responsibilities

Provide information that is accurate and reasonably current.
Keep your password, OTP and account credentials confidential.
Use your account only for lawful platform activity.
Promptly update important account or contact information when it changes.
Contact support if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

Account misuse

Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive identities.
Do not obtain or attempt to obtain another user's password or OTP.
Do not use automation, scraping or abusive traffic to interfere with the platform unless expressly authorised.
Do not use multiple accounts to evade restrictions, moderation or platform limits.

4. Advertising Rules

Rules for publishing classified ads

When you publish an advertisement, you are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it is lawful and appropriate for the selected category.

Accurate information

Titles, descriptions, location, category, images, contact details, prices and other material information should not intentionally mislead visitors.

Rights to content

Only upload text and images you own, created yourself, or have sufficient permission or legal rights to publish.

Correct category

Ads should be posted in an appropriate active Lovento category and should not be disguised as unrelated content to manipulate discovery.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

What you must not publish or use Lovento for

Prohibited content

Any content involving, depicting or appearing to offer a person under 18 in an adult context.
Human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, non-consensual activity or content encouraging such conduct.
Illegal products, services or activities.
Fraud, scams, deceptive payment demands or deliberately misleading advertisements.
Stolen photographs, identity misuse, impersonation or copyrighted material used without sufficient rights.
Threats, harassment, doxxing, malicious publication of private information or content intended to cause harm.

Prohibited platform behaviour

Spam, repetitive unsolicited promotions or abusive messaging.
Attempts to bypass security, account restrictions or moderation systems.
Malware, malicious code, phishing links or attempts to collect credentials deceptively.
Artificial manipulation of reviews, reports, views or other platform signals.
Using Lovento in a way that materially disrupts its availability or harms other users.

6. Coins, Purchases & Payments

Lovento coin system

Lovento may offer platform credits referred to as coins. Coins may be used only for eligible Lovento features made available through the platform, such as paid publishing or promotional functionality where offered.

Coins are not legal tender, bank deposits, cryptocurrency, stored monetary value or an investment product. They do not represent ownership in Lovento and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless Lovento expressly provides such functionality or applicable law requires otherwise.

The number of coins required for a feature, available packages, validity or promotional conditions may be displayed at the time of purchase or use. Users should review the displayed price and feature before confirming a transaction.

If a payment succeeds but the expected coins are not credited, or a payment appears duplicated, failed or pending, contact support@lovento.cloud with the account identifier, payment/order reference, amount and approximate transaction time. Never send your password, OTP, PIN, CVV or full card number.

7. Refunds & Transaction Issues

Payment disputes and refunds

Requests concerning failed, duplicated, incorrectly credited or otherwise disputed Lovento transactions should be sent to support@lovento.cloud with sufficient information to identify the transaction.

Eligibility for a refund depends on the circumstances of the transaction, the feature purchased, whether the purchased digital benefit has already been consumed or used, applicable platform policy, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A payment or refund request is not automatically approved merely because it has been submitted.

If Lovento publishes a separate Coins & Refund Policy, that policy should be read together with these Terms for coin and payment transactions.

8. Advertiser Contact & User Dealings

Independent contact between users

Contact buttons on an advertisement may connect a visitor directly with contact details supplied for that listing. Any communication, price discussion, meeting, service, transaction or other arrangement between users occurs independently of Lovento unless the platform expressly states otherwise.

Visitors should verify identity, location, price, availability and other relevant information independently. Do not send advance money to an unknown or unverified advertiser.

9. Reviews & Reports

Feedback must be genuine and responsible

Reviews

Reviews should relate to the relevant listing and reflect a genuine experience or relevant interaction.
Do not submit fake, manipulated, promotional or malicious reviews.
Do not publish unnecessary private information about another person.
Lovento may remove or restrict reviews that violate platform rules.

Reports

Use the Report Ad feature for misleading, suspicious, prohibited or unsafe listings.
Provide the exact listing URL and useful context when contacting support.
Do not intentionally submit false reports to harass or suppress legitimate users.
Serious safety concerns may also be sent to support@lovento.cloud.

10. Moderation & Enforcement

How Lovento may protect the platform

Lovento may review, restrict, reject, remove, disable or otherwise moderate content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, platform policies, technical or security requirements, or applicable law.

Where appropriate, Lovento may also limit publishing or platform functionality, investigate reports, preserve relevant records, or take other reasonable measures to protect users and the platform. The existence of moderation does not mean that every listing has been manually reviewed or independently verified before publication.

11. Intellectual Property

Platform and user content

Lovento's own branding, software, design, interface and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You must not copy, reproduce or misuse protected Lovento material except where permission is granted or the law permits it.

You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. By publishing content on Lovento, you give Lovento the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, resize, format and distribute that content through the platform for operating and promoting the relevant listing and service, subject to applicable law and platform policies.

12. Privacy & Data

Personal information

Your use of Lovento may involve processing account, listing, contact, transaction, technical and support information. A separate Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms for more information about relevant data practices.

Remember that contact information deliberately placed in a public advertisement may become visible to visitors. Do not publish personal information you do not want displayed publicly.

13. Safety and fraud prevention

Classified platforms connect independent users. Use caution and independently assess any advertiser or listing before proceeding.

14. Availability & Changes

Platform operation

Lovento may add, change, suspend or discontinue features as the platform develops. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security work, technical faults, hosting or network issues, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.

These Terms may also be updated when platform features, policies or legal requirements change. The version published on Lovento will apply from its stated effective or updated date, subject to any additional notice required by applicable law.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation

Using a classified platform responsibly

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lovento is provided as a classified publishing and discovery platform. User advertisements and communications are supplied by independent users, and Lovento does not guarantee the accuracy, identity, availability, quality, legality or outcome of every third-party listing or interaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Users remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, listings and independent arrangements.

16. Suspension & Termination

Access may be restricted for violations

Lovento may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or feature where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks, prohibited content, legal requirements or abuse of the platform. Where appropriate, users may contact support regarding an account or moderation issue.
